Terms & Conditions

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

  • The Zaroob Gift Card gives the winners the right to claim two sandwiches per day, for personal consumption only (and cannot be transferred to any third party), at the following Zaroob outlets: Zayed Town, Bahrain; Juffair Square, Bahrain; and any other new outlets to open in Bahrain, only (Eligible Outlets). The sandwiches that can be claimed through the Zaroob Gift Card are the following: Chicken Shawarma Arabic Sandwich; Chicken Shawarma Saj Sandwich; Beef Shawarma Arabic Sandwich; and Beef Shawarma Saj Sandwich (Eligible Sandwiches). The Zaroob Gift Card is only valid on take-away and dine-in visits and it is not possible to exchange the prize in any aggregator platform. 

  • The Zaroob Gift Card will expire if Zaroob closes its operations and/or outlets in Bahrain. 

  • If the winners lose their Zaroob Gift Card or if it is stolen, they will lose the right to the prize and KITOPI shall not be liable to give out another Zaroob Gift Card to the winner.

  • The decision of KITOPI regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  • These terms and conditions shall be made available to the participants through Zaroob’s website and Social Channels. The participants in the Prize Draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon Entry. KITOPI reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 

  • KITOPI reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, KITOPI, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of KITOPI and/or Society Motors, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. 

  • The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the DIFC courts.
